4dx Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This page sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 4dx platform. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before registering or using any platform features.

Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement
By accessing or using the 4dx platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as all related policies published on our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 4dx platform.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who are of age 18 years and above. Registration or use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of being held by an underage individual pending verification. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the minimum age requirement before registering.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 4dx platform. Any breach of these terms may result in account termination and further action as deemed appropriate.

Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is only permitted to register one account only on the 4dx platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 4dx reserves the right to request official identity document verification before processing any financial transaction for the first time, or at any point deemed necessary.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password and never sharing your login credentials with anyone. 4dx will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
User Conduct & Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the 4dx platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited under these terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any dealings with the platform
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, market manipulation, or activities that may compromise the integrity of the platform
- Sharing or transferring your account to any third party without prior written consent from 4dx
- Exploiting any technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
Payments, Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 4dx platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including Boost and DuitNow, for the convenience of our Malaysian users. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and valid.
Deposit: Funds deposited into your 4dx account are strictly for the purpose of using the platform's services. All deposits are subject to a minimum threshold, which may be revised from time to time. Deposits are typically credited promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawal: Withdrawals can only be processed once a user's identity has been verified. 4dx reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be credited to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by our team under special circumstances. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to several business days.
Disputed Transactions: In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, users must contact the 4dx support team within 30 days of the transaction date. After this period, the transaction will be deemed accepted by the user.

- Identity verification is required for your first withdrawal
- Payments via supported platform methods only
- 4dx reserves the right to hold funds suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation
- Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the user
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
4dx reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any terms outlined in this document
- Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity or manipulation
- Failure to provide requested identity verification documents
- Account inactive for an extended period
- Requests from relevant authorities
Users may also close their own account by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all checks have been completed.
Platform Liability Limits
4dx provides this platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. 4dx and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from:
- Service disruptions or system downtime
- Technical errors or information display issues
- Losses arising from betting or gaming decisions
- Unauthorised access to an account due to user negligence
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 4dx platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of 4dx or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Permitted use is limited to personal access for the purpose of using the platform's services only.
Third-Party Links
The 4dx platform may contain references or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk. We encourage users to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services they access through or in connection with our platform.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
4dx reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
